House Rules:

• Payment Policy:To secure your reservation, we require full payment in advance of your check-in date or at least one day prior.
• Identification Requirements:For security reasons, we require a valid, government-issued photo identification such as Adhaar Card, Driving Licence, or Passport from each guest upon check-in.
• Non-Refundable Reservation:We would like to inform you that our booking amount is non-refundable. Once confirmed, your reservation cannot be cancelled or modified.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel your booking 7 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund 100% of the booking amount.
• If you cancel your booking 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund 50% of the booking amount, but only if you have paid the full amount in advance.
• Please note that if you cancel your booking less than 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will not be able to issue a refund.
• To cancel your booking, please contact our centralized reservations at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you have paid the full amount in advance and are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

Pet policy:

•  Unfortunately, we do not currently allow pets at our resort, however we have plans to open soon & welcome your little furry family members.
