Use of the Website

By using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse this website in any way that could damage the site or its availability to others.

Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our website or authorized contact channels.
• Full payment is required to confirm reservations.
• We accept payments through secure gateways; LA VITA is not responsible for any third-party processing errors.

Identification Policy

Guests must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Driving License, or Passport) at the time of check-in.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel your booking 7 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund 100% of the booking amount.
•  If you cancel your booking 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund 50% of the booking amount, but only if you have paid the full amount in advance.
•  Please note that if you cancel your booking less than 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will not be able to issue a refund.
•  To cancel your booking, please contact our centralized reservations at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you have paid the full amount in advance and are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Booking Clause

Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. All payments made are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

House Rules

• Payment Policy: To secure your reservation, we require full payment in advance of your check-in date or at least one day prior.
• Identification Requirements: For security reasons, we require a valid, government-issued photo identification such as Adhaar Card, Driving Licence, or Passport from each guest upon check-in.
• Non-Refundable Reservation: We would like to inform you that our booking amount is non-refundable. Once confirmed, your reservation cannot be cancelled or modified.

Pet policy:

Unfortunately, we do not currently allow pets at our resort, however we have plans to open soon & welcome your little furry family members.

Parking Policy

Parking is available inside the premises; however, vehicles are parked at the owner’s own risk. LA VITA is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

Privacy & Security

We value your privacy and ensure your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal details with third parties without consent.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and design, are the property of LA VITA and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

LA VITA is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the website or stay at the property, unless due to proven negligence.
